Bloc works with the free Bloc app. Download it, then follow the three steps below.

For iPhone XS or later running iOS 17 or later. No subscription, no in-app purchases.

Getting started

1. 1. Choose apps

   Select the apps you want to block in the free Bloc app.

2. 2. Tap Bloc.

   Tap your phone on Bloc to start a session.

3. 3. Reset

   Enjoy your scroll-tired brain coming back to life.
