Return your Bloc within 14 days of delivery — opened or not — for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is your responsibility.

How: write to official@bloc.tokyo. We'll send the return address, and refund promptly once the item arrives.

Cancelling before shipping

Cancel free of charge any time before we email you that shipping preparation has started. The full amount is refunded.

Faulty items

If your Bloc arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will exchange it at our shipping expense. If a replacement is unavailable, we refund everything. Please include your order number and a photo of the fault.

How and when refunds are made

Refunds are made by reversing the credit-card charge (via Stripe). Depending on your card company's statement cycle, the refund may take one to two months to appear.
