Fees other than the product price

Shipping: free within Japan (included in the product price).

International orders are charged the following regional rates:

· Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.): ¥2,500
· Europe / Oceania / Canada: ¥4,500

* Shipping to other countries and regions (including the United States) is in preparation.

* For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

* Internet connection charges are the customer's responsibility.

Payment is finalized when your order is confirmed.

Delivery

Pre-orders: ship in order during September 2026.

Regular orders: ship within 5 business days of order confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

Defective items: contact us by email within 8 days of delivery. We will exchange the item at our shipping expense. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full price.

Returns for customer convenience: accepted for unopened, unused items only, when you contact us within 8 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Order cancellation

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before we notify you that shipping preparation has started. Use the contact in your order email or write to official@bloc.tokyo. Payments already made are refunded in full.
